Fashion Month is coming to a close, and as always it seems fitting that the fashion frenzy should end on a high in Paris. As far as Fashion Editors are concerned, they hit the streets of the City of Lights in Parisian chic black and white and subdued tones for the most part, but you can always count on Anna Dello Russo to keep her ensembles loud and proud.
